Reducing the number of allowable patrons into their facilities means they are not likely to make money, but they are glad to be open, they said.

Mayo said he didn't even think the Caverns would be able to have any events this year, much less in a new amphitheater on the property. But then Mayo got a call from a friend asking if he'd seen Gisburne Park in England. The friend said it reminded him of the property around the Caverns. Turns out they were. Please call Ticketmaster on or The Tivoli on when you wish to book tickets with the use of a Companion Card. We host a range of events here at The Tiv. There is no allocated seating at this type of gig. Get to the venue early so you can find a great location for you and your buddies.

If you're worried about being on your feet for such a long period of time, don't be. We have couches and stools throughout the venue for your comfort. These gigs are similar to the above but young folk under 18 are allowed. For these events we'll always have more security on to ensure everyone has a safe and fun time.

It is recommended those 13 and under still come with a parent or guardian. You will be allocated a seat at the point of sale. Seating plans change for every event, so check it at the point of sale on the Ticketmaster website. Alcohol will be served at the event but our staff reserve the right to check your ID at the time of purchase. Each human attending a gig needs a ticket, regardless of age. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in the venue and you will be asked to provide ID at the door.

These events have un-allocated seating meaning first in, best dressed. We recommend getting here a little early if you want to sit close to the front. Also, if you are seen to be drinking alcohol directly outside the venue, you will not be permitted in to the venue. Water is free and recommended by doctors the world over. Most all ages gigs wrap by 10pm. Pretty crucial element. A ticket on your phone is fine as long as the bar code is clearly visible. N o steel caps or thongs shoes permitted.

Other than that, just be comfortable and happy. Shorts, hats, skirts, heels, sneakers are all fine. Please help keep each other healthy. For Canceled Events - Tickets will be automatically refunded at the point of purchase. For Postponed Events - We are working to reschedule the date of postponed events and will alert ticket holders as soon as we have updated information.

Fans should hold on to their tickets as they will be valid for the rescheduled performance date. For Rescheduled Events - If your show has been rescheduled with a new date already, fans should keep their tickets as they will be valid for the rescheduled performance date. If ticket holders can't attend this rescheduled date, they may request a refund through the date stated. Please note: To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster or from the Tivoli Theatre box office.

For tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, a refund link will be visible under the event in your Ticketmaster account. Please use this link to request a refund. If the tickets were transferred to you, you will need to transfer them back to the original purchaser in order for them to request a refund.
